K9 Supplier Invoice Tracker is an internal business application intended only for staff authorised by K9 Supplies Southwest Ltd. It is not offered as a public service.

Authorised access

Users must be authorised by the company and must keep application and account credentials secure. Gmail access requires permission from the account holder and is limited to read-only invoice document processing.

Review and responsibility

Invoice details extracted automatically from PDFs are drafts for human review, not guaranteed accounting facts. Authorised staff are responsible for checking supplier, amount, dates, payment status and duplicates before approval or payment.

Availability and changes

The company may maintain, suspend or update the internal service. It relies on Gmail, GitHub Actions and Cloudflare, whose availability may affect scanning or access.
