K9 Supplier Invoice Tracker
K9 Supplier Invoice Tracker is an internal iPhone application for authorised staff of K9 Supplies Southwest Ltd. It helps the business review supplier invoices and credit notes and manage approved payment records.
How Gmail access is used
With permission from the account holder, an automated read-only scanner checks k9suppliessouthwest@gmail.com for emails containing supplier invoice and credit note PDF attachments.
The scanner extracts relevant financial details for a staff review queue. It does not send, alter or delete Gmail messages, and it does not read any other Gmail account.
The scanner operates on GitHub Actions; extracted records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessed through the private iPhone app. The original emails and PDF attachments remain in Gmail.
Access and data handling
Only authorised company personnel can access the invoicing application. The app is not a public invoicing service, does not import customer orders from Shopify, and does not use Gmail information for advertising.
